Cancellation & Sick Policy

Cancellation Policy: A minimum of a 24 hour notice is required to cancel, reschedule, or shorten all appointments that are 60 minutes or less. A minimum of a 72 hour notice is required for all appointments that are longer than 60 minutes (75min-3hr). 

Sick Policy: If you or anyone in your household has ANY contagious symptoms within 72 hours of your appointment, you are expected to contact a technician the moment you become aware of the symptoms. Cancellation fees will only be waived if you contact a technician at the ONSET of symptoms (regardless of time of day/night). Once you have reached 3 total sick fees waived, you will no longer be eligible to have any fees waived under any circumstances. If you become sick, you will be responsible for paying the cancellation fee and rescheduling. If you show up to an appointment with contagious symptoms, you WILL be asked to reschedule and you will still be responsible for the cost of the appointment. After your 3rd last minute cancellation, waived fee, or No-Show, you may be expected to prepay for all future appointments. 


The cancellation fee is the price of the canceled appointment.
